RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases made through Heeladina are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for FAULTY ITEM only. Cancel order is not allowed once payment has been made.

For returns/exchanges, items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Return of items must be made within 7 days after the item received (insert your receipt together). Exchange of design and colour is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail except for faulty item.

SALES ITEMS

We do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE

If you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or defect item(s), you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. No refund is allowed.

Simply email or call us and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

  1. Email us at enquiry@heeladina.com, snap your packing list and state the reason(s) why you need to return.

  2. We will arrange courier to pickup the items once we reply your email.

  3. Make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all HEELADINA tags and receipt.

Once you send back your item(s), we assume you agreed our T&C and our Return Policy.
